By hitting the submit button below, I acknowledge that I am submitting my own whimsical idea, description or design (hereinafter referred to as "Design") for a bra for which I assign all rights, title and interest to Design to Hanesbrands Inc. and it's affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "HBI") Submission of Design does not establish a relationship between me and HBI, and is understood to impose no obligation, either express or implied, on HBI. It is understood that HBI incurs by consideration of this submission no obligation to pay for the use of, or right to use, the Design. Once submitted, the Design is the exclusive property of HBI and HBI may use the Design in any matter it deems appropriate.
